Attendance at Semicon 2013

The Semiconductor industries top challenge to be 3DIC manufacturing. Daetec attended Semicon 2013 along with over 20,000 other people at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. 

 

Publication at SAMPE (Long Beach, CA)

The paper entitled "Thermal Resistant Polymers for Microelectronic Applications" was presented at the Society for Advancement for Materials and Process Engineering (SAMPE) gathering this year. 

Presentation at the Annual Korean Innovation Conference 
March 2013

Daetec presented at the 4th Korea Open Innovation Seminar on March 25th, 2013 as a solution provider for innovative new developments in and around Korea.
